Project: Arlington Heights Roof Replacement and New Siding

Revived Exteriors, Inc. has completed hundreds of roof replacement projects over the last several years.  This roof replacement in Arlington Heights was an incurance claim with the homeowner’s insurance company for Hail damage in Arlington Heights. In addition, we found wind damage to the roofing shingles.

The insurance company originally met with a local roofing contractor agreed there is NO storm damage to the roof.

After Revived Exteriors was hired to review the condition of the roof. It was apparent that the damages uncovered were not understood by the original roofing contractor, and hence they were not paid for.

Once the 2nd inspection was completed with the homeowners insurance company.  The proper tools and data were used to support the types of damages uncovered.

It was agreed on that storm damage re-inspection that the roof and siding had storm damage and both were covered with insurance proceeds.

The final roof and siding replacement transformed this home to an now has amazing curb appeal.
